To assure the quality of our products we use the depicted AOI-system (Automatic-Optical-Inspection).


Modules that are objected by the automatic system are tested again and – if necessary – mended immediately at a repair station.

Modules intended as devices for medical technology are exhaustively tested at an In-Circuit-Station before being installed. Objected circuit boards are repaired promptly and tested again.

Prior to electronical tests all finished modules are visually inspected. In particular they are checked for complete assembly, short circuits, and missing solder joints. Necessary repairs are done immediately.

Preceding delivery the functionality of all modules is tested at computer-operated inspection stations.
